The Help Desk is available from any internet connection or mobile device. You do not need to be logged in to Office 365 or the Casa Pacifica domain to access the Help Desk. When logging in while not connected to the Casa Pacifica domain, use your regular Casa Pacifica username and password (you will automatically be logged in when connected to the Casa Pacifica domain).
